VetValue Launches VetValue Connect to Support Veterinary Practice Owners

Delray Beach, FL, March 6, 2026 – VetValue is pleased to announce the launch of VetValue Connect, the industry’s first cloud-based, practice sale process management platform and marketplace.

The VetValue team has successfully closed over $1.3 billion in veterinary practice sales since 2015.  It has used this experience to design VetValue Connect in order to address the challenges independent practice owners face when selling their practices, with or without the assistance of a traditional practice broker:

  • Lack of access to a sufficient number of qualified buyers, resulting in fewer choices and lower valuations
  • High brokerage fees of 4% to 8% of sale value
  • Inconsistent or poor process management, resulting in lost opportunities and sub-optimized practice sale value
  • One-size-fits-all advisory support, denying sellers the range of options required to suit their individual needs
  • Lack of adequate transparency throughout the sale process
  • Data and document collection processes that are inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming
  • Unnecessarily high legal effort (and fees) to negotiate and draft documents

“Since its founding in 2019, VetValue has sought to deliver the highest quality practice ownership transition outcomes for independent practice owners in the most efficient, affordable and transparent manner.  We believe Connect delivers a value proposition far superior to any the industry has ever seen.” said VetValue’s Chief Commercial Officer Kathleen Cochrane

Connect is available today to independent practice sellers, with or without the guidance of an experienced practice sale advisor, and offers brokerage fees ranging from 1.125% to 4.125% for multi-doctor practices.
